Life happens! You can cancel your town car to airport booking with 24 hours’ notice by calling (503) 890-9499, no charge. After that, we might need to keep a small fee to cover our premium planning. Let us know early, and we’ll work with you.
We want your luxury transportation to be enjoyable. Please don’t damage our vehicles, be rude to Multilingual drivers, or book under fake names for casino transportation. Follow local laws, and if something’s wrong during your point-to-point trip, tell us right away.
We’re here to get you where you need to go with Great Customer Service. We’ll handle your Airport Transportation & Corporate Travel with care, but we can’t control weather or traffic delays in Southwest Portland or Bend. Our Safe Drivers do their best to keep you happy.
We work hard to make your luxary town car ride smooth and stress free, but we’re not responsible for delays due to rain in Oregon City or road closures in Vancouver, WA. Our Meticulous Cleaning Standards and Safe Drivers offer a great experience, but it comes as-is without extra guarantees beyond these Terms.
